Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi everyone,

Happy Thanksgiving! I’ve been thinking a lot about what gratitude really means, and I keep coming back to all of you. Your support, your encouragement, and your belief in the work we’re doing have made this year incredibly meaningful. I’m so thankful for every person who has chosen to walk alongside me and the communities we serve.

In Bungoma, Kenya, our maize fields are thriving, and we are right on the verge of harvesting. This moment represents so much more than a successful crop. It means meals on the table, stability for families, and hope for a stronger future. Every seed planted and every hour of work in the fields has been backed by your generosity. I can’t wait to share photos and updates as the harvest begins.

At the same time, Fields to Future is celebrating a huge milestone. Because of your support, Patrick is closing out the first semester of his second year at Kibabii University. I’m so proud of the dedication he has shown and so grateful that you’ve helped make his education possible. Every chapter of his journey is a reminder of what can happen when we invest in potential and believe in someone’s dreams.

Both of these projects mean the world to me, and you are the reason they’re moving forward. Whether it’s a field about to be harvested or a student rising toward his future, your kindness is creating real change.

Thank you for being part of this work and for giving so many people a reason to hope. I’ll keep you updated on both the harvest and Patrick’s progress as we head into the next season.

Wishing you and your loved ones a warm, joyful, and meaningful Thanksgiving.

With gratitude,
Charlie
