Our Fields are Flourishing

Hey, everyone! How are you doing? I hope this update finds you well. I have some amazing news to share with all of you generous donors who have supported Seeds of Hope—thanks to your kindness, we’ve been able to plant four fields of maize in Bungoma! 🌽

Three of the four fields are already tussling, which means the maize plants are beginning to flower. This is such an exciting time because it shows that the seeds we planted together are growing strong and healthy. These fields represent hope, nourishment, and a brighter future for the community.

But that’s not all—I’m thrilled to tell you that we’ve raised an additional $250 for fertilizer! This might sound like a small amount, but it’s going to make a huge difference. The fertilizer will dramatically increase the yield from each field, ensuring that the harvest is as bountiful as possible.

Patrick, our amazing partner on the ground in Bungoma, estimates that this upcoming harvest could feed as many as 80 families. That’s 80 families who will have enough to eat because of your generosity and support.
